Jim Collis is a Founding Partner of Seaport Capital and is Co-Chairman of the Seaport Investment Committee. Prior to co–founding Seaport, Jim was a Principal of Chase Capital, the equity investing arm of the Chase Manhattan Bank. Jim began his career as an electrical engineer at National TeleConsultants, specializing in the design of electronic systems for video and audio production facilities used in the broadcast television, radio and cable television industries. Jim received an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Aldo Esposito is president of Messier Management, a sports marketing and management company and has served in that capacity for ten years. In a career devoted to the business of sports, he has held a number of significant positions including president of the Tampa Bay Tritons, a franchise of RHI, the professional inline hockey league. He began his career in marketing and sales for IBM Canada after earning a B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

Peter Hopper is a Co-Founder of DH Capital, LLC and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He also is a Partner of BPI, LLC. Peter earned a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
Brad Karp has served as Chairman of the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison since 2008 and is regarded as one of the leading litigators and corporate advisers in the United States. Prior to being named chair at Paul Weiss, Brad was chair of the firm’s litigation department. Brad is active in the community and is a director/trustee of more than a dozen charitable, educational and professional organizations. Brad is a 1984 graduate of Harvard Law School.

Steve Stuart is a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group. He is also a board member of Answer the Call (NY Police & Fire Widow’s and Children’s Benefit Fund) and serves as an Advisor at Green Visor Capital Management Company, LLC. Steve holds a B.A. from Columbia University and lives in Rye, NY with his wife and three children.
James E. Walker III
Jim Walker is a Senior Partner of Jadian Capital, a real estate investment firm. He is a former Managing Partner of Fir Tree Partners, a global investment firm. He was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Black Diamond Capital Management, LLC. Jim is also a trustee of Team USA, the foundation for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and numerous non-profit entities. Jim holds a B.S. in Economics from Boston College.
Steven Wolf is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer for U.S. Equity in the Ares Real Estate Group and a member of the Management Committee of Ares Management. Additionally, he serves on the Ares Real Estate Group’s Equity and Debt Investment Committees and serves on the Ares Real Estate Operating Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Steven was a Partner at AREA Property Partners and CEO of VEF Advisors. Previously, he was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. In addition, Steven Wolf was a Managing Director at Federal Realty Investment Trust and a Senior Vice President at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management. Steven holds a B.A. from Boston University in Economics and an M.S. from New York University in Real Estate Investment Analysis.
